Google ads Government Documents policy violation

We are experiencing policy violations in Google Ads under the Government documents. We can not become certified because we cannot provide the link on the Government website, because accountants are regulated by Accounting bodies, and Google will not accept the link.

We need to appeal the decision to understand the EU Digital Services Act.
