Do you know anything about google reviews account management?

Hello,

We are a modelling agency as in a business and seem to have a google business reviews account. In this account that we did not create people are leaving negative reviews and have no control over it.

We need someone that knows how google reviews work to investigate this for us and be able to do the following:

1) Look into the account and see if it is attached to any Gmail address and if so let us know what the email address is.
2) We want to be able to remove all the posts both good and bad and permanently close the account. In short, we understand that if we say we are permanently closed that should remove all the reviews.
