Develop content for pitch - Programmatic media planning, buying and execution

We are putting together a document for a client, and need approx 3 slides of content written explaining:

How we would plan programatic spend against a specific audience / interests / geographies
How we could deliver programmatic buy (i.e. platforms etc.)
How we would report on and optimise our buy

I can share more on the audience and subject on submit of proposal. Turn around is max 24 hours (10am UK 5 Oct) or sooner. NDA required. Fluent or Native English level required.
