1/2 day tour event: email communications, e/print flyer

TravelReadyKid will be hosting a 1/2 day tour event and is seeking assistance to promote this event. Required: Promotional 3 email communication to families done in stages and flyer design which can be emailed, printed, and uploaded to website. We do have an existing logo which we would like to include in design. Additional artwork should be included in design to promote event. Concept of event: Experence Houston " Insects, bugs and Bats!":

We want to target families visiting Houston, tx and families who live outside the city limits.

-due dates: start ASAP with first draft on 5/19 with target end 5.31
- 2 designs option for flyer: note i have apple keynote and would need to have flexibly to do minor edits dates and times should something change
- 3 emails : initial pitch, follow up pitch, reminder to attendees of event date
- details of event agenda to be provided upon bid acceptance
