Digital marketing and creative creation of a product

Company is looking for someone to help with digitally creation to market products online, these products have seen considerable success in our brick and mortal stores, and we need to transfer this to the online world. We plan to do this through a display and retargeting campaign, including google Banner, Facebook and instagram targeting/re-targetting, so high quality artwork which is animated and engaging is a necessity, as well as a design that can lend itself to all these mediums.
