I have published an Android App. It can encrypt messages. I want you to sell it on PlayStore. App Price is only 1 USD. You will have to sell 250 times. My budget is 50 USD.
Remember two conditions:
1. App Store Optimization is already completed. I will not change Title, Description or images of my app.
2. If you advertise or pay somewhere, that's on you. I will pay you only 50 USD when I see 250 downloads.
