Influencer Marketing Specialist

I need a marketer that is experienced and has results in the influencer marketing space. Must have relevant references in the beauty product space.

I have a marketplace and want to create a team of influencers to support sales goals and increase instagram following. I will also be gifting the influencers.

The job is to come up with a strategy, map out the process and activities to be done to secure the influencers, identify and create a shortlist of influencers aligned to the brand and draft an appropriate outreach message. You can also propose an alternative or more effective approach in addition. Must have experience of working with smaller influencers from diverse ethnic backgrounds and use analytics to inform decisions.
