Identify influencers/creator for a new campaign

I'm looking for someone to help me research and identify potential influencers for a new marketing campaign. The brief is pretty specific in terms of topic/category, geography, follower count, community engagement, etc. so please only respond if you're willing to do some proper, targeted research and justify your choices. If you're just going to do a keyword search on an influencer database, then you're probably not the right person for the job. This is quick turnaround, so I'm looking to hire someone today with delivery before lunchtime tomorrow.
