Getting real subs and engagement on new You Tube channel

This is for the YouTube channel VITANUOVA, which is in a self-improvement niche.
I am looking for a professional who can connect with a suitable audience to deliver real subs/views/engagement.
(Absolutely not interested in any type of artificial or fake subscribers. I am only aimimg to achieve real and engaged audience, even if it s slow).

This is a more of a test/trial to see how much it can be achieved with a small £25 order( so I m not setting a specific target in terms of subs or actual views, but will look for long term collaboration if I see real results via ethical practice).

The main thing is to have REAL subscribers genuinely interested in the content, and high retention views (meaning that people are watching the whole video, not just a few seconds).

I suggest that the freelancer choose one of the latest videos from the channel.
