Freelance Marketing Wanted For Private Tutor

I am looking for a independent marketing partner who can help me in acquiring clients, and I am willing to pay among any one of many different payment methods fitting both our desires.

Currently professionally contracted with a larger corporation that consists of a more restricted contractual agreement than desired, I am looking forward towards alternatively starting a more independent business utilizing my skills. My current progressive business plan includes discovering and retaining clients in a two tier system: As a more foundational revenue base, I plan to teach Junior High aged students introduction to programming set in small group 3-5 week classes; and as a more supplementary source of income, collaborate with individual graduate students who require assistance with quantitative data analysis and programming applications.

An ideal candidate for this partnership would be somebody who is overall easy going to work with and ideally has marketing experience or connections related to discovering/establishing relationships with private secondary schools and/or universities parents and students. I am open to discussing strategies and online marketing techniques that you might find the best fit for my proposed independent company.

The estimated weekly commitment would be 5-15 hours a week, yet potentially much less, to accomplish my goals.
