Etsy Shop Visibility & Organic Growth Support Needed

I’m looking for an experienced Etsy specialist to help improve my shop’s visibility and support steady organic growth in sales.
The objective is to reach the right audience through effective optimisation rather than relying heavily on paid ads. I’d like someone who understands Etsy’s search system and can apply best practices to improve overall shop performance.
This will involve reviewing and refining product listings (titles, tags, and descriptions), improving keyword relevance, and identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and conversion. I’m also open to guidance on shop structure, product positioning, and general improvements that can strengthen the shop.
