Delegate Acquisition & Audience Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Delegate Acquisition and Audience Growth Specialist to support a premium leadership and wellbeing event taking place in Milton Keynes on 28 August 2026.

This is not an event management role.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of recruiting attendees for conferences, executive events, leadership events, founder communities, business networking events, or membership organisations.

Your primary objective will be to help secure 150 confirmed female founders, executives, business owners and senior professionals for this invitation-led event.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and engage qualified attendees
* Conduct direct outreach via LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels
* Build attendee pipelines and track conversions
* Develop partnership and referral opportunities where appropriate
* Drive invitation requests and attendee confirmations
