SME Business Database - Wolverhampton

Hello,
I am hoping that you can help...

I need the Director or HRs email addresses, phone number and postal address of every SME business in Wolverhampton. I understand that businesses close down every day, but a current list is absolutely crucial and Id need at least 95% of these businesses to be active.

Is their anybody out their that can create an up to date database of these businesses that is in alphabetical order by business name at a low cost?
