Set up SalesHandy/ Quickmail/ Smartreach or similar.

currently on Mailchimp, but find they are too restrictive with regards to our cold outreach email campaigns. We currently have 250k emails with them but often run into headaches with them. We will keep our base subscriptions with them (approx 100k) and the balance which grow by approx 10k a month, we intend to use with a cold email platform/ software such as SalesHandy/ Quickmail/ Smartreach or similar.
Looking for someone to set up one of these platforms/ software, populate with additional emails and automate.
Secondary domain in place as well.
