I need someone to help set up email dynamic content blocks with merge tags and conditional block formatting.
I have set up the 7 part email sequence. I am stuck with the initial welcome email that is meant to display the test result which is a merge tag that comes in with the sign up. The test result is the merge tag - it is already displaying.
I need a dynamic content block for each of the 4 merge tags displaying that says "read more" with a link depending on which merge tag they are listed under.
So far I have used something like this:
*|IF:MMERGE2=TAG1|*TEXT for TAG 1>*|END:IF|*
*|ELSEIF:MMERGE2=TAG2|*TEXT for TAG 2*|END:IF|*
*|ELSEIF:MMERGE2=TAG3|*TEXT for TAG 3*|END:IF|*
*|ELSEIF:MMERGE2=TAG4|*TEXT for TAG 4*|END:IF|*
some standard text that applies to all displays below.
I tried some variations of this, so far non have given me the right result when receiving a proper test run email, not the internal
mailchimp test email.
This is what I have worked from:
https://mailchimp.com/help/use-conditional-merge-tag-blocks/
If you can help please send a proposal
Many thanks
