Send about 46k Bulk Emails (25 campaigns) – email marketing
The job is about sending 25 email campaigns (one messages per campaign, all campaign total recipients: 46k)
Each campaign is split in 4 parts, each with different messages, lists and dates. All details are described in the attachment.
Please, offer your discount price at bulk order for all the campaigns. Please, quote via PPH each part as a milestone which will be paid as soon as the deliverables are completed.
In order to be granted the work, please provide a summary of the job and your strategy to manage it in case there are changes in the dates.
DELIVERABLES
You must:
A -Clean the lists with an email verification service (remove duplicates, check email syntaxes, check the email servers DNS, create an SMTP connection with the recipients' server to find out if the email accounts exist, check if the server is set to catch all mail, detect catch all servers and temporary email addresses, and highlight free and role email accounts) without sending an email to your contacts.) and return clean lists before sending for approval
B - Send proof of email validation
C -Assure inbox deliver-ability, no spam, no block
D -Each message should be approved before bulk mailshot (send me a test message and implement feedback). The campaigns will not be paid if the test message is not approved or the feedback is not implemented.
E -Final report with delivery Rate, open rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate
F -Return list of unsubscribed recipients in 14 days after the campaign starts. (the list must be importable and include recipients still subscribed)
COMMON MESSAGE FEATURES
All the messages have common features, which you must respect in order to keep the message simple:
-Each message body must include only 1 link for the call -to-action as linked in the Word files.
-The message style is plain text, no logo, like an email sent manually by a professional to a school or trainer
-The Privacy/Unsubscribe paragraph must be placed 10 lines below the signature. Make sure you replace the correct UNSUBSCRIBE LINK
