Research on 145 social websites - 30 seconds per site

I need someone to conduct a small amount of googling on 145 specific websites and find the URL on the FAQ on how to delete your registered email and account from their website. If its not in the FAQ but just another area of the website, that will also do.

There are 145 specific sites I need it done on. It wont take more than 30 seconds per site.

The output needs to be in a spreadsheet. The columbs must be Site URL, Remove URL.

When I accept your proposal I will send you the list. They are just generic western social network sites such as facebook, gravator, myspace etc. In your proposal please include an example cv with a webste of your choice as an example, so I know you understand the requirement.

Without this attachment I will not consider your proposal.
