My Sendgrid account is disabled

My Client Sendgrid account, which is based in the US, is disabled & I need to activate it. We already had a few emails sent & received but we failed. I know a few phishing emails were sent from the account which we don't know how.

I will not share any login credentials for the account. I will provide the complete email chatter to the successful bidder. He / She will give us further guidance or written material which I will send to the support team of Sendgrid. Please only apply if you know what you are doing & if you have experience in solving this type of issue. Last but not least, we need the cheap & the best payment will be done only when the account is enabled
