Monthly magazine

I would like to create and send a monthly newsletter to clients and potential clients. I would like it to have a great initial impact and make clients want to read it, subscribe to future editions and forward to friends, colleagues, family, etc.
I need a format/template creating. I will provide and add content myself each month I think. I need a way of collecting and collating emails of subscribers and automatically sending them new newsletters each month. This may have to tie in with the website too as well as my CRM database.

I want the newsletter to appear in full in an email to a subscriber rather than asking the to "click on this link". I could be just the first page that shows in email and then "click for more".

I think I need someone to set up the template as a one-off and then small monthly maintenance thereafter of subscribers.

Knowledge (and love!) of the property market is preferred!
