Mass E-mail out

I've tried sending out a bulk email around 1000 contacts but I got blocked by Microsoft?

I'm currently using a CRM system to send out mass emails. I get a list up on my CRM system, merge the contacts and then the CRM system commands my outlook to send the emails out. Microsoft blocked me because Im sending out too many emails at one time and they confirm they do not support marketing or bulk sends.

I'm looking for a service that can integrate with my office 365/outlook. I would need to use all the normal functions of the outlook application so I would need a service to integrate with the back end of outlook, so I can using your servers rather than Microsoft's servers. iv got a few companies but they are not giving much technical support on the integration with outlook.

From what i know i need an smtp relay service but any additional help or suggestions will be accepted with profitable margins for you.

I will also need someone to be my IT support/ email support at a pr/hrs rate for the foreseeable if i feel its reasonable.
