Marketing Assistant

I’m in need of a marketing assistant for up to 20 hours per week. Happy for this person to work remotely or from their own laptop at our central London office (Marylebone Station).

Tasks:

Manage responses to marketing campaigns
Targeted LinkedIn outreach (Full briefs and templates provided)
Send calendar invites to guests for events
ID potential guest speakers for our dinner events, find their email addresses, and reach out to them on our behalf. Tools will be provided.
Other marketing-based tasks

What we’re looking for:

Good attention to detail
Native English-speaker
Ability to accurately prioritise the completion of multiple tasks
Access to a good phone connection
Accurate reporting on tasks completed
