Mailchimp wizz into dance/performance to promote video downloads

We are a burlesque website devoted to the art of Burlesque and we are launching a new series of training videos. We are looking for a person who is deeply dedicated to Mailchimp, who understands all the ins-and-outs of using the platform to run email campaigns and who can write good copy and do some HTML work to create nice visuals who can advise us how best to spend £200 or £500 to promote these videos, and then run a campaign to drive visitors to the website to see and pay for the videos.

We are looking for someone who can create some content as well as ensure the account well administered, GDPR compliant etc and optimised to drive traffic to the eCommerce shop on the website.
