Mail Chimp email campaign to gain new clients.

I am wanting to create an email campaign promoting my Plumbing company to clients. These clients are builders of new residential houses.
A majority of the builders would already have a plumber that they would use. Our goal is to convince them to start using us for their new jobs rather than the plumber they might always be using.
Needs to catch their attention straight away.
Need someone to create this eye catching email. Must have expereince in marketing is required.
An understanding of the construction industry of Australia is a must.
