Mail Chimp Campaign setup and execution

Hi - I need to slightly change an existing 'head office' email - some client logos and add a bit more local text content. Need you to create a new mail chimp account with one of our email addresses. Upload our email lists (<1000 records in total in 3 or 4 lists), do a test and then send out the email to all. Would like a 'Get in Touch' button on the email (there is one already) but change it to be hyperlinked to my web/domain etc. Please kindly advise any questions and the price, time to complete.
