Looking for Email Marketer and Photoshop banner designer for our eCommerce website

I'm looking for someone to create regular email campaigns to advertise promotions for our website. I have Mail Chimp set up, and about 10,000 subscribers, but I don't have the time to create many email campaigns, and I have little to no skill in design. I would be providing regular content for these emails (which new products we have in, and which are currently in season or on sale). To start with I'd like to go with 1 email per week, but this may increase in the future.

I'm also looking for someone that can design promotional banners and title banners for landing pages on our website. There would likely 2-5 hours per week with this. I am linking the two jobs together as I thought it may with our style consistency if one person does both jobs.
