The background. People email me through our website at www.benefitanswers.co.uk with questions about UK welfare benefits. I offer them a free check to see if they could get any benefits and ask for their home address to send a questionnaire to check possible entitlements (this is the simplest and safest way to get the info we need). It is free, no catches. (The "sell" comes at a later stage). Most do not give me their address? Why? Why email for help and then not be willing to take it further? My assumption, my "sales pitch" is wrong and people are suspicious (naturally afraid it is a fake). I assume I need something better to send as a reply that will make people happy to send me their address. Proposed fee is for guidance, willing to negotiate.
