Image that we can use as template for product catalogue + email signature

We would like to have a template that we can use as a short product catalogue that we can send out to business customers. Same image is also to be used in emails en website. This is a seasonal campaign for Sinterklaas on 5th december ( not Santa Claus). Product offer is mainly chocolate and sweets. We are looking for a vintage /retro image. It should be an empty template that we can fill ourself with images, text,... We would like to present 18 articles with photo. In annex an example of our flyer from passed year as also an image of a retro/vintage template that we would like to have.
In the retro/ vintage template the picture of santa should be replaced by an image of Sinterklaas. ( Also the text Santa should be Sinterklaas, dec 25th should be replaced by 5th dec, text ' to a town near you should be replaced with ' To Van Poeck Delicatessen), AKA also known as santa claus should be replaced by Saint-Nicolas/ Sint Maarten,.. )
