We are bringing an old website back online. The website used to have a user base of 200K we have the emails and other information. We need to remove dead emails from the list by means of performing verification to each email and removing dead emails that'll possibly cause a hard bounce.

    You only need to explain the method you'll use for testing emails and guarantee less than 2.5% bounce rate after cleaning the list. There are free tools to clean up 100s of Email, but we have a list of 200K addresses.
