I need to covert a list of facebook IDs to facebook emails

I am looking to scrape the facebook emails of facebook users so I can target them for a facebook advertising campaign.

I have collected a list of facebook user IDs using ( http://findmyfbid.com/) ,and want to target them for a facebook advert.
I need the user IDs converted to facebook emails as Facebook, does not let you target according to user ids anymore it would seem. I would need to target each users facebook email.
I tried to download facebookidscraper.com/ but it wasnt working for me.

Any help?
