Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a 7 day email mini course written on golfing injuries and prevention.
The name of it will be - "The Most Common Injuries To Permanently Retire Golfers, and What You Can Do To Prevent Them"
These will be 7 individual emails, each one addressing the following problems:
Day 1 - Causes of lower back pain
Day 2 - How to treat lower back pain
Day 3 - Causes of golfers elbow
Day 4 - How to treat golfers elbow
Day 5 - Causes of upper back and shoulder pain
Day 6 - How to treat shoulder and upper back pain
Day 7 - Improving golfing performance (here we link to the phone call)
It's really important that you link everything back to golf and improving golfing performance, as well as enabling them to carry on playing pain free.
This is aimed at the 55 - 65 age group, predominantly male and suffering from common injuries associated with golf, including golfers elbow, shoulder pain and lower back problems.
I need this course to speak directly to their pain, educate them on what to do if they're to keep playing, and eventually sell them on a phone call to sell them on my 12 week physical rehab programme to improve performance and treat their injuries.
I can provide info on the specific injuries and problems, although most of what's needed is already out there on the internet, it just requires research. I'm not giving away the whole farm here, but I'm educating them enough to realise they can get their problems sorted, and they can speed the process up by seeing me or a member of my team for treatment.
The services I offer are sports therapy and physical rehab.
The emails don't have to be really long, as long as they cover what's required I don't have a spec on length.
