HTML Mobile Responsive Coding for Mailchimp

I need a small bit of HTML code created for our mailchimp e-mail marketing. We have a navigation at the top of all our e-mail newsletters, but when viewed on mobile it breaks onto two lines. I need a piece of code to insert into different designs which makes that area of text responsive to mobile. I know it is a quick task but we are struggling in house to figure it out. I have attached an example of how the navigation looks on desktop, and how it looks on mobile. For mobile viewing I would like the navigation to stay on one line.
