Expert to set up survey emails

We are looking for an expert to help us with embedding survey buttons in emails. The email recipients will have the option to click one of the four buttons embedded in the email. The recipient's response then gets emailed back to the sender. The functionality is offered at least by Thermometer and Emailbee among others. Looking for someone to help set up with a surveying tool that offers one-click surveys and to embed these buttons in the email. We are using online Outlook as our email client.
