Experience with lists/segments in iContact

I need someone with experience with handling contact lists and segments in email marketing, preferably specific experience with iContact, to combine all my lists into a master list, but making each list a 'segment' of that master list.
We need to ensure that suppression/unsubscribe info is maintained as we move the contacts into the master list, and flag up any duplicate contacts. The segments should correspond to the original list they were in.
I will provide the login details, and need this completed within 24 hours to my satisfaction.
