Design and uploading simple, clean email templates to MailChimp

I typically have between two and five templates requiring designing each month.

STEP 1: design clean, fresh newsletter template, based upon existing websites (always lawyers' websites - we produce email newsletters for lawyers to send to their clients). Each template will have eight text items (with a heading and body), a couple of images taken from the client's website, and a few extra sections (About Us, Contact Us, Disclaimer) either at the bottom or in a column on the right.

STEP 2: Make revisions as per client's spec (usually just one revision)

STEP 3: convert to html and upload to MailChimp.

I will pay £25 for steps 1 and 2, and a further £25 for step 3 (£50 total) per template. As I said, I need about two to five templates each month.
