Email marketing template

I have started my own IT solution company. I have few small clients and i want to grow the business.

I need someone help who can design very creative email template which i can send to my existing clients and new clients. It will contains service and support i provide through my clients.

i am looking for long term person because i will also require advise on sales and marketing as i want to grow business. I will provide all details but it will great to get some feedback/suggestions from you as well.

I am looking for following person:

Sales and marketing knowledge and experience
creative and can think out of box
bring new ideas
Good English
Advantage if you have done similar work regarding IT service and support (Optional)

It will be great if you can design email template but i am not expecting designer. i can always ask someone else to put contents, images and so on together for us.
