Email distribution Program

1. ID has a database of 95 email addresses. The database needs the requirement to be updated on a regular basis.

2. ID requires to send an email to all the database. The email is standard generic content with a single PDF attachment which is different on each mailshot run.

3. Current number of email runs is 100 per month increasing over the coming year to 1000 per month.

4. The email must be sent from request@inheritancedata.com

5. Due to data security must run on an ID server.

6. The process must be simple and easy to use.

7. Stats are required of:
a. Unsubscribed
b. Bounced
c. Marked as spam
d. Opened
