Email Campaign Set Up

Email Marketing Expert required to set up an email campaign. This is an 8 email sequence and is partly set up. I need someone to properly set it up:

- Set up the content on the email template correctly, ensuring everything, including images and links display correctly.
- Come up with a 'Subject' for the campaign that doesn't trigger spam filters.
- Ensure deliverability.
- Some review/cleansing of the contact list to ensure deliverability.
