EMAIL CAMPAIGN – drip feed to prospects
We need to create an email campaign so that we can constantly drip on our prospecting list.
We are looking at sending them an email at least 4 times per week at least. Ideally 5-6 times per week.
The email campaign will be 6-8 weeks and then rotate back to the start again. It does not need to be sequential based on when their email gets uploaded onto our system. Every prospect gets the same email.
We are therefore looking at at least 4emails * 6 weeks = 24 emails, however we would really like; 5emails * 8 weeks = 40 emails.
We have a selection of articles that we hand out to them as part of our orientation process. Our Martial Arts School is unique in that we want to teach our students to be the best versions of themselves, for them not to give into negative peer pressure, to set and achieve goals, plus much more.
However, the articles are all physical articles (PDF & word documents). We therefore need you to pull the key bits from each article and then create emails around them. Each article does not need to be 1 email (since some articles are A4 back to back and have quite a few words)
We are likely to send across approx. 15 documents/PDF's, we therefore need you to create 3-4 emails for each article. We were thinking that you could pull ‘snip it’s’ from each article and create an email around them. The email does not need to be lengthy; we want all the people that have provided us with an email address to be reminded of us and hopefully enrol into our Martial Arts School.
Each email should remind the prospect that our School is unique and provides endless benefits.
Each email should have a call to action, i.e. call us now OR book your FREE 2-week pass here button.
Email should look professional rather than just something all text sent from outlook etc
OUR AIM; to convert the many 1000's of email addresses we have got to in-person visits to our Martial Arts School which in turn will lead to paid memberships.
I have included just 3 of the articles that you would pull information from. Other articles would be documents we have will 100's of testimonials on.
I don’t think there is need for a more detailed task sheet, in summary once somebody has provided us with their email address, they will go onto our prospect list and get emails forever until they opt out/unsubscribe.
