Email campaign

I require an expert to help increase the effectiveness of our email campaigns. Currently open rate is low and our emails are ending up in many subscribers junk mail. Also, initially we had a high level of open rate, responses and enquiries, but this has tailored off. I need an hourlie to analyse our campaigns and possibly manage this until we have hired a permanent digital marketing manager. This could also lead to a permanent in our expanding team if the hourlie works out and is interested to work from our London based office.
