E-mail campaign

We need someone who can demonstrate significant experience of creating and running an e-mail campaign from basic HTML design, content optimisation, calls to action, associated landing pages, database management and legal issues (UK Initially).

This project is for a single e-mail. If it works well we will offer a three shot campaign to follow, and if that works well we will offer a monthly contract. The first two projects will have no database management or legal issues since we are running them through national magazines.

We need this turning round quickly. We have a variety of graphics available.

Please send examples of campaigns, how targets were agreed, how success was measured and any requirements you have from us or any clarification.
