Design of an email marketing campaign to be sent through mailchimp

I have a client who would like a simple email marketing newsletter created to promote the properties he sells in Spain. Ideally we are looking to utilise mailchimp to send the mailer out so ideally some elements will need to be controllable through mailchimp - e.g. content, pictures, links etc. Header, sidebar and footer can fixed.

This is normally a job that my team would complete but I am keen to explore outsourcing because we have quite a lot of work on and it would be good to find another pair of hands.

We can provide a full brief but we would need the work completed by Thursday PM.
