We are seeking a skilled freelance graphic designer with expertise in email marketing to design and produce an HTML email newsletter. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging, visually appealing email designs that are compatible across various email clients and devices.

Objectives:
- Design an email newsletter template that aligns with our brand's visual identity and messaging.
- Convert the design into responsive HTML code, ensuring compatibility across different email clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) and devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
- Incorporate dynamic elements (if applicable) to enhance user engagement.

Deliverables:
- A visually appealing email newsletter design.
- Responsive HTML code for the newsletter.
- A test version of the newsletter sent to a specified email address for review.

Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous email newsletter designs.
