Design and Build Email in MailChimp

We're sending a Christmas eCard to our customers and would like 2 versions designed and 1 version built in MailChimp.
Ideally this needs to be ready for Thursday 10th, but that can be extended if necessary.

We'll be donating to a charity on the recipient's behalf. The email will need to include a form element so the recipient can select one charity out of 3 to make a donation to.
