Design a mailchimp emial marketing template

We are a new e commerce company. We need to send an email marketing to our database of 6000 customers for just 4 specific products. These customers have bought similar things from us in the past.

The email should communicate the following

1) It is a special offer for a limited time only
2) Limited quantity available at that price
3) Match our website brand and feel
4) we can recycle the template for future promotions.
5) Should have links to the product
6) we will be using mailchimp to send the email out.
7) it should follow best practice used to send these emails.

1) 80% of the recipent list are women
2) the product we are selling is for women too..
