Design a HTML email template to be used in MailChimp

This job has a degree of creative license. The aim and objectives are disclosed in the attached file. Our business is looking to target specific customers with a selection of products that are on special offer and also to see if there is anything else we can do for them. The design and style of the template needs to be congruent with the brand. There is no deadline for this project, but I would like it done as soon as possible.
