I wish to rent or build a list of visual content controllers of magazines which are publshed electronical on tablets.

They are buyers use photography and / or footage to appear in their publications.

There may already be such a list or it may mean we have to create one although keep down the costs would be factor here.

Publications in the USA - also interested in the UK market but USA is the prime target.
