B2B Webinar Email Marketing & Lead Generation

Blackwater Tech is looking for an experienced B2B email marketing / lead generation freelancer to help us promote a series of upcoming webinars.
We are specifically looking for someone who has access to an established B2B contact database and can run targeted email campaigns on our behalf.
Our target audience includes business decision-makers, particularly IT, Operations, Finance and Business Systems leaders. Construction and related industries would be a strong fit, but we're also open to broader B2B audiences.
The initial project would involve promoting a future Microsoft Dynamics 365-focused webinar, with the potential for ongoing campaigns if successful.
We're looking for someone who can provide:
Access to a sizeable, relevant B2B email database
Ability to target/segment by industry, job title and/or seniority
Email campaign creation and distribution
Campaign reporting, including opens, clicks and registrations/leads
Evidence of previous B2B email marketing results
Please include your approximate database size, audience profile, typical campaign performance and pricing when applying.
We're particularly interested in freelancers who can demonstrate that they have genuine, engaged B2B audiences rather than simply offering bulk email lists.
