Outline & Structure: We're a telemarketing agency working on behalf of digital and marketing agencies helping them to secure appointments.

Each client has its own database of about 2000 contacts, who are emailed at least twice a month via mailchimp and campaign monitor. We send plain text emails out, which we then track to see who opens them, phoning those that open but don't email us back.

What we are looking for, is someone that can create short, to the point emails that get opened, read and replied back to.

To date this is something that has been done in-house and although we are far from experts at this, do get good results, so our thinking is that if someone who did this for a living, would get even better results.

I've attached a recent email that was sent out to 1000 contacts and achieved 2 appointments.

Although this job is for just the one email, we're ideally looking at working with someone on a regular basis, so please quote with this in mind and if possible attached some examples of emails that have delivered great results.
