Active Campaign CRM specialist for email marketing

CRM Specialist/Business Analyst required to set up an email campaign - someone who can also support the development and ongoing maintenance and use of Active Campaign.

Experience & Skills
• Experience of managing and developing CRM systems to improve data integrity and system functionality.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally to the business.
• Experienced in requirements elicitation and communicating those requirements to external stakeholders such as developers.
• Experience in process mapping and creating instructional training materials for users.
• Detailed knowledge of CRM data structures and system processes.
• Experience in maintaining mailing lists and creating and monitoring campaigns in Active Campaign.
