Upload and track video ads on Facebook, Instagram etc

We have a Facebook, Youtube and Instagram page/account which link to our main company webpage.
Now we have a new webpage with a different name and product that we want to promote, but we do not want to create new Facebook, Youtube and Instagram page/account for the new webpage.
We have 6 video ads for the new product that we want to promote in Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Adwords and track the conversion rates for each platform and ad.
We want the ads to target relevant audiences and search terms but also we want the ads shown to clients that have already visited the page (remarketing pixels).
We currently have and use an Adwords account, Google Search Console Account and Facebook Business Suite account.
We need you to upload all the video ads linking to our new product page with a “Buy now” button (in greek language).
We want you to show us how we can set budget and track the conversion rates for each platform and apply changes if required.
If we are satisfied by your work, we will consider hiring you on a monthly basis to run and track all our marketing campaigns for all our products/websites.
